Forge Plumbing & Air was built to raise the standard for home service in East Texas. From the person answering the phone to the technician standing in your home, our goal is simple: communicate clearly, do excellent work, and treat people right.
Houston Alexander and Colby McKeehan started the company after seeing how often homeowners get rushed decisions, vague pricing and pressure they didn't ask for. Forge is the opposite of that: explain the problem, lay out the options, give the price up front, and let the homeowner decide.
We also believe the customer experience starts with the team. Good pay, real training, clean trucks and a professional culture are how you keep technicians who care — and those are the ones we want in your home.
